This product was originally created for fellow VOX'er, Scooter, in support of the The Active 20-30 Club of Greater Sacramento #1032. http://anirazarina.vox.com/
The Active 20-30 Club of Greater Sacramento #1032 has been helping children in the Sacramento community since 1940 as an auxiliary of the Sacramento Men’s Club. Originally known as “The 20/30-ettes”, our members – who were required to be married to a member of the Men’s club - met to play bridge and enjoy each other’s company while their husbands participated in Active 20/30 events. Our members were also always available to assist any projects hosted by the Men’s Club. As the decades passed, the ladies decided that they too would focus their time and energy towards the needy children in our community and our members created their own events. Our club has tried several different events like Chili Cook-off and Taste of the City before we settled on two events that have become our signature events – Monte Carlo and Crab Feed. Our requirements for membership have also changed with the times and we welcome anyone with the devotion and dedication to help the needy children in our community. In 1991, The 20/30-ettes formally chartered as an Active 20/30 club, changing their name to Greater Sacramento #1032.
