regarding the quality of the shirt itself, you can't go wrong -- it's far superior to your average dept. store t-shirt. but this point is overshadowed by the fact that it allows you to identify yourself with a music community. let me explain. from my experience, the classic house manifesto -- "girl, i'll house you" -- breaks the ice quite nicely with others who "feel it like you feel it." house music is not just a feeling, though, it's a phenomena that brings people together, despite social differences. and sporting this t-shirt does just that. moreover, it opens doors to share the beauty of house music with others. people often ask, "what does your t-shirt mean?" and i tell them my experience with house. in the big picture, the quality or color of the shirt does not make it unique. what makes it unique is that it allows you to express something you love, something that plays an integral role in your life, and something that can ultimately make the world a better place.
