Very Disappointed

About the product:
I was very disappointed in the quality of this binder. I thought it would be more sturdy than it is. Very cheaply made.
I have to mention that it took 2 weeks to receive after it shipped, and I should have received it in 1 week.
Zazzle does have great customer service. After I emailed them and complained, they responded telling me they will credit my card for shipping charge and also, gave me a coupon code for 50% off of my next purchase, which was very nice.
About the print:
The printing turned out blurry on the picture at the bottom of the front page.
