Some information on the types of content you will find at my Gallery,

Vintage Art: I scour many sources both online and in the "real world" searching for quality vintage art pieces. I am especially fond of out-of-print children book illustrations. These illustrations take me back to my own childhood when these images seemed to be my best friends and took me away to a world I longed to visit. I am cautious to insure that the illustrations are in the Public Domain (must be at the most recent early 1900s) and that the work has not be reprinted in new book formats in recent years. So many of these illustrations are so beautiful that even though the content of the books or fables seem to no longer fit with modern culture, the artwork is still relevant. I hate to think of it stuck away on a shelf in a book that appeals to few so that the art is no longer shared. I hope to build an extensive collection of vintage pieces and am also working to restore many of the images that seem hoplessly lost.

Patterns: I have a huge number of original abstract patterns created from a wide variety of sources. These sources may start with an antique greeting card, a paint chip or some abstract doodles of my own. The one thing they have in common is that they all end up with an unexpected and unusual beauty. Each becomes a seamless tile pattern that is then flood filled to create unique products such as mousepads, keychains and especially ties. All can be customized so feel free to choose from any of the many patterns available here to create your own unique look and design.

DigiArt: Many of the products available on my gallery are created from my original digital paintings. I am often inspired by a variety of subjects: Photographs, Nature, Antique Illustrations, Literature and even simply by looking out my own window. Most often though my digital work will simply develop out of my doodles. I never am far from either my Wacom Tablet, a sketchbook or my camera. My digiart is available on a very wide selection of products. Feel free to contact me if you are looking for something special or specific, I just might be able to put it together for you.
