disappointed with y-shirt

I've ordered from Zazzle once before and was very pleased with my product (photo mugs). However the quality of the photo t-shirt I recently received was disappointing. There is a large "ghost" box surrounding the printed image on the shirt which is ugly.

The good was I ordered just before Christmas and received the order before Christmas, the bad was I ordered I black short sleeve shirt and received a brown long sleeve shirt, which was also the ugly, the brown was about the color of a healthy well-formed turd.
