We have a ridiculous immigration process. It's obvious that the folks who colonized the US hadn't really thought this through, what can we expect from a nation built on the backs of free labor slaves, then cheap labor. It's gotta be hard to set the rules after you've taken the land and broken many of the ones you'd like to enforce. I'm working to make it better here and I know alot of ya'll are but in the mean time, we got a lot of work to do. This deck features the the questionnaire on page 3 of Form I-485. Filling out this document is a mandatory requirement for applying for permanent residency in the US. I've high lighted a few of my of favorite questions such as "Do you plan to practice polygamy in the United States?", "Have you ever: a. Within the past ten years been a prostitute?", "Do you intend to engage in the United States in: a. Espionage?" I just figured that if one was going to ask 14 defining questions that determine who stays and who goes these probably wouldn't be in my top. Maybe I would ask, how to you plan to make a living in the U.S.? Do you have a skill or specialized knowledge in a particular field? pls explain. Do you have immediate family living in the U.S.? Are you seeking medical assistance? etc.Just a suggestion If they decide to update the list.
