About the product:
My overall experience with Zazzle is NOT good. While we were pleased with the appearance of the product, we were not happy with the shipping process.
The website advertised "order by XXX time" and it ships the next day. (This was not true. They did not ship the next day)
I also paid extra for the 2-3 shipping day option and my order was marked on their tracking information as completed in the am of the 2nd of the month and it was not picked up by UPS until 7pm ish the 3rd of the month. It sat in their warehouse for over 24 hours! Valuable time lost! My order didn't arrive until the 7th...far beyond the 2-3 day shipping I paid for.
I also did not receive any offers of help or true customer service via the web...I had to call and after pleading my case...had to ask for a supervisor. A sassy, and rude supervisor!
In the end, my shipping charges were refunded, but not without a fight and some ugliness thrown at me by the very people who should have WANTED to fulfill my order as agreed and make the customer happy.
About the print:
The printing and the design of the card was beautiful. The envelopes were crappy. They didn't stay shut...had to tape them all because the glue on them was not sticking. The envelopes were also a bit too big for the cards, so they looked a little "thrown together" in that aspect.
All in all...if I ever choose to use Zazzle again, I will make sure that I have lots of EXTRA time to work with.
