About The Animal Rescue Fund,Inc. "ARF"

"ARF" The Animal Rescue Fund,Inc. is a 501c3 nonprofit no-kill animal rescue/shelter located east of Cincinnati on 14 acres. ARF is home to rescued/homeless: dogs,puppies,cats,kittens,ponies,chickens,geese,ducks,deer and a llama. We work to pair homeless animals with loving lifelong families and endeavor to educate the public on the epidemic of homeless animals and the "main" solution of spay/neuter. We also "adopt" dogs from 5 county "Humane Shelters" prior to being euthanized. (the avg. time that animals are "kept" in these shelters before being euthanized is 4-5 DAYS) ARF responds to emergency rescue calls 24/7/365. We could do none of this without the help of volunteers. Currently ARF is without a "rescue vehicle" as we do not have the funding to repair our older vehicle. We are also trying to raise funds to finish an expansion that will function as a nursery,isolation area for sick and post-op animals and additional kennels/cat housing.
