This tie in the Snow Masters Collection transports you and snowman into 1800's France and the city of Paris. Many artists struggled to make ends meet and make money through the sale of their paintings. In order to get around this a few of the braver ones sold their paintings or created art to be used as advertisements. This often backfired with it resulting in them being ridiculed for "selling out" or for "knocking out" cheap rubbish. Henri de Toulouse-Lautrec was one of the braver artists and his artwork advertised many things, this being the most famous. Due to his poverty stricken life he had to sew various canvases together to make them big enough for his larger paintings. The painting that Snowman tributes is the "Ambassadeurs" and was created by Toulouse-Lautrec in 1892.
