Great customer service experience
About the product:
I like that there exists an option in organic cotton for my baby's new onesie. It's nice quality and I can't wait to put this on my baby,
About the print:
The printing actually turned out quite distorted at first, as if someone had stretched the photo vertically. Luckily, I found very clear instructions for how to handle all sorts of returns on the Zazzle website. I emailed customer service detailing the mistake, and got a prompt, personal reply solving the situation. I got a corrected version in the mail shortly afterwards -- this time printed out perfectly -- and didn't even have to bother with mailing back the distorted product. I was a bit worried, because Christmas is coming up quickly, but everything was handled with plenty of time to spare. Thanks!

Poor Quality
About the product:
The natural color is what I expected but the printing is very dull. Like they did too many with one printing. I bought this and one other for my DIL's baby shower but I am not going to give them to her then. I would be a little embarrassed for her to open them in front of people. I did get one on a white onesie, the Gurgle one, because she works for Google and that one looks a lot better but still not the quality I would expect for the money.
About the print:
Really bad. Am very disapointed. Especially for over $23.00 each.
