How do elephants stay cool in the summer? I don't know, I've never been to Africa, but this elephant stays cool in the sprinkler. The idea of this elephant came from a book I wrote and am currently illustrating right now. I drew the Elephant in by hand with pencil and ink on cold press (textured) watercolor paper, and colored him with watercolor.
