The image was shot during a massive Bald Eagle feeding frenzy, as 25 huge Bald Eagles dove at break-neck speeds on a nearby beach, while hunting for fish. Their amazing aerobatics were breathtaking to watch. This scene is one of those moments when all was calm then seconds later this Eagle tilted at a reckless angle and swooped on the beach. Very exciting! :o-)

Hi Skye,
The eagle seems so majestic, serene, the image is filled with calm and peace. Very beautiful 5*****. And it is somehow sad, when you think how beautiful our world was and what we humans do to make a lot of animals/flora extinct.

Skye, your descriptions with these photographs are awesome and fantastic! I would much rather see all those bald eagles sweeping down instead of the crows I see where I live, LOL! One time a group of about a dozen swept down looking all around the yards and our cat, Muffin, was sitting right there oblivious to it all! This must have been very magnificent event! Many stars!
