The American legal system is based on our Constitution and history of laws, and any attempt to infiltrate our US Constitutional Republic with Shariah law must be thwarted at every instance. What is Shariah law? Shariah is the law of Islam, derived through precepts set forth in the Quran, and is believed by Muslims to be Allah's law. It is also a totalitarian political order, wherein control of all personal belongings is relinquished to the state. Therein, the goal of Radical Islam through Jihad (religious war) is to create a one world islamic order, where Church and State are one. Some examples of Shariah law include: capital punishment for slandering or leaving Islam; forced child marriage; beating disobedient women (who may not leave the house without their husbands' permission), etc..
