My mother gave me an old picture asked if I could use the frame. The picture is very old and it is done in pencil, with great detail, it is of the freedom building in Washington DC, with a flag of 48 stars, The artist signed the picture ABCHESLEY, all caps and as one word. Did a search on the internet to see if I could find someone in the art wrld that would have the same name. I came up with BCHESLEY made me realize that the last name could be Chesley and the AB in front initials. If any of this rings a bell with you, drop me an email. This picture is to well done to just trash for the frame, however I don't need a picture of an office building in DC. Cherie
