About the product:
This case it high quality. The elephant design is cute and so well done. It would have 5 stars from me were it not for the fact that once on the phone, none of my three different docks work, and only one charge cord works. The reason is the inside rubber protector makes the iphone 4 so high up inside the case, the connection can not be made. I am so dissapoints because it was a Christmas gift from my husband. Not to mention again that I love the design since I c ollect elephants.
I do give customer servce FIVE stars They are great abnd take good care of tghe customers.
