What is your return policy?

The Zazzle Promise: If you don't love it we'll take it back. If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return it for a replacement or refund within 30 days of receipt. And yes, that's true even though these are one-of-a-kind customized products.

How much do Flyers cost?

You can buy 25 flyer sheets for $7.50. Buy 100 and you get 20% off each one - The more you buy the more you save. You can also save an additional 10% by becoming a seller and publishing your product to our marketplace for others to purchase.

When will I receive my order?

Fast! Your custom flyer will be on their way in 24 hours. With Express Mail, you can receive them in as few as three days! Check the order status page if you have questions about your order.

What kinds of images does Zazzle support?

• We support JPEG, PNG, GIF, and TIFF and PDF file formats.
• Flyers are created at a minimum of 300 ppi (pixels per inch).
• To fill the entire design area, we recommend that you use images that are equal to or larger than the measurements provided below. You can also design your flyer with images much smaller than the recommended sizes and place them anywhere on the flyer.
• Flyer design areas:
  • Vertical: 8.5" x 11" = 3300 pixels x 2550 pixels
  • Horizontal: 11" x 8.5" = 2550 pixels x 3300 pixels
  • Vertical: 8.5" x 5.5" = 2550 pixels x 1650 pixels
  • Horizontal: 5.5" x 8.5" = 1650 pixels x 2550 pixels
  • Vertical: 4.5" x 5.6" = 1350 pixels x 1680 pixels
  • Horizontal: 5.6" x 4.5" = 1680 pixels x 1350 pixels

If I design a flyer, do I have to order it?

How do I make money designing products?
