What placemat size do you offer?
Our placemats come in one size, 20" x 14"
Are these placemats machine washable?
Yes! Machine wash cold, separately. Tumble dry low and iron on low heat for best results.
What file types and sizes are best for uploading?
We support JPEG, PNG, GIF, PDF or TIFF files. Placemats are created at a minimum of 200 ppi (pixels per inch). To fill your desired design area, we recommend that you use images that are equal to or larger than the design area. You can design your custom product with images much smaller than these recommended sizes and place them anywhere on the design.
When will I receive my order?
Really fast. In fact, no one is faster at producing custom products than Zazzle. Your custom placemats will be on their way in 7-14 business days after you’ve ordered. Check the order status page, if you have questions about your order.
