The product itself was a great addition the customized invitations that I put together for my wedding. I do feel the Zazzle advertisement/barcode takes away from the elegance of the actual item - zazzle.com would have been fine but the bar code is ugly and overkill. I also feel the stamps are really pricing, 60+cents more per stamp. My last comment is that the timing of the delivery was mis-represnted or not made clear. I paid extra to have them shipped to in two days, no where did it say that it would take several days to print them and then two days to ship - if it was it was in the fine print. Its about the buyers expectation and delivery was very dissappointing. This is constructive criticism which I hope you will consider, overall i liked the product!

So positive. the post office miscalculated my postage so I had to hurry and reorder new postage.Everyone I have dealyt with have been amazing and so helpful.
The only negative is your wait time-it is awful -at least 15-20 minutes. I am getting ready to place another order and am dreading the wait!
