Delicious! French Bread Loaf Poster Print

After 3 years of tasting hundreds of loaves of delicious bread in Europe, this was Steve's favorite. It is called Pain de Camargue and we only saw it at the Friday market in Lambesc, South of France. It is amazing how many different kinds of bread their is and the subtle differences in flavor, dough, crusty crunch...
Those little grass seeds: wheat, can make such good smelling things. The smell of bread baking is so sensually delicious. Oh and I almost forgot, we must thank those invisible bubble blowers, the yeast guys. For without their holes, we'd have crackers. I hope you can smell this bread watercolor just by looking at it.
