Al Goreleone, perpetrator of the fake global warming scare. Created a business in 2004 to help companies "go green." In 2006 traveled around the world showing off his horror gem "Inconvenient Truth" (with no less than 14 outright lies and half truths) and drummed up terror in the masses. The people then all went to their companies and said, "Hey! You're causing global warming and we want you to go green and stuff or else we wont buy stuff from you anymore!" And the companies were like, "ZOMGZ! WTF are we gonna do? We need to go green or else we're gonna be a sinking ship!" So who did they turn to? Al Goreleone's company to help them go green. Guess who the first carbon billionaire is?
