Your card design software is what hooked me. Shutterfly required Photoshop. All round good design/order experience except saving updates to the card design.:
* The Save button was just above some red button (can't remember the name) and it was hard to home in on the Save button.
* Saved design changes didn't appear coming in from other paths, i.e. from email links or directly from the home site link. I don't remember exactly, but one of these paths didn't produce the saved changes.

Printing was great except:
* The cards weren't folded exactly in half. There was a small overlap.
