The main example of ka is predators, capable of movement and full of forceful energy. In the body, metabolism and body heat represent ka. Mentally and emotionally, the Fire element is associated with drive and passion. Ka can be associated with motivation, desire, intention and an outgoing spirit. Red is the primary color of ka. It is the third of the six elements, and hence the fourth most powerful. In the Five Ring Pagoda, the Fire ring is triangular shaped.
