Innocent or guilty?
Hey, whatever happened to innocent until proven guilty? I know this trial is in Italy and not in the US, but come on, until ALL of the evidence and testimony is given/heard one should not make a judgment one way or the other about her guilt.

Are you real sarashira! People are misogyonists because they can see the rather weighty evidence against her? Obviously the BBC made it all up. Evidence is evidence whether we are talking about a young, attractive female student or an unemployed black male and the evidence against her is pretty damning. Why don't we free all muderers? Particularly young, pretty, females who are obviously a victim of the misogynist system!

This T-shirt is sick. Regardless of whether she is innocent or not (and the rather weighty evidence would suggest she is) a young woman was brutally mudered with a kitchen knife. But this T-shirt is only being made because she is WHITE and PRETTY if it was a black american man or woman no one in America would care. She lay be attractive, but she is probably GUILTY!

idiots
THE GIRL IS OBVIOUSLY INNOCENT. You guys sound like a bunch of misogynists. I for one will never visit Italy again. What was a straightforward murder case has been corrupted by this nutcase, delusional moron of a prosecutor (who should have been shoved into jail eons ago) to ruin the lives of 2 young people. Satanic rituals, my ass. And Elvis just left the building. Stop reading tabloid tripe, go back to school and at least learn how to spell (along with what "substantial evidence" means).

True Justice For Meredith Kercher
There are two excellent pro-evidence, pro-victim websites about the Meredith Kercher case.
True Justice For Meredith Kercher:

Perugia Murder File:
http://perugiamurderfile.freeforums.o...
ALL the judges who have been involved in the case: Judge Claudia Matteini, the judges at the Italian Supreme Court, judge Massimo Riccarelli, and judge Paolo Micheli all thought there were serious indications of Amanda Knox's and Raffaele Sollecito’s guilt and refused to grant them bail on the grounds that they are mentally unstable, dangerous and could reoffend.
The case against her and Raffaele Sollecito is formidable.
There are 13 pieces of forensic evidence that link Amanda and Raffaele to the crime, including Amanda's DNA on the handle of the knife found at Raffaele's apartment and Meredith's DNA on the blade, and Amanda's bare footprints set in Meredith's blood and Raffaele's DNA on Meredith's bloodied and cut bra.
Amanda and Raffaele knew precise details about Meredith's body which they could only have known if they had been present when Meredith was murdered. Amanda herself admitted she was present when Meredith was murdered in her handwritten note to the police on 6 November.
Amanda and Raffaele not only gave conflicting witness statements, but also gave completely different accounts of where they were, who they were with and what they were doing on the night of the murder.
In the light of the judges decisions so far and the forensic evidence which was independently confirmed as accurate and reliable, it looks extremely unlikely that Amanda and Raffaele will be found not guilty.

Free Amanda??? Why??She gave 5(five) different versions of the facts of that night. She involved a guy that was (dimostratrated) somewhere else. If I am innocent I tell straight the truth. Please don't be ridiculous!

Amanda in jail
Hi everybody. It almost sounds like "Free Nelson Mandela" or any other victim of racism, dictatorships, politics etc. people who fought and in some cases died for other people's right. But in this case it goes about a girl whos is suspected to have murdered an innocent flat mate without any reason, just to play a little (a little too much apparently). The trial she is going to face will make everything clear, I hope. By the way, do you also have T-shirts like "We`re sorry Patrick (Lumumba)", whom Amanda auckwardly tried to have in jail instead of her?
Best regards,
Alex
