This is the phrase "Gay Pride" written in traditional Chinese characters. The pinyin is "tong xing lian zi hao gan." "Tong xing lian" translates to homosexual while "zi hao gan" translates to pride. Not being the most accepting places, Chinese-speaking countries do not really have an official phrase for Gay Pride. In fact they usually use the English word, "gay," when describing gay people, so this is the best approximation of the phrase. Enjoy!
