A gift with a problem
About the product:
Our friends received this gift and were delighted until they turned the ornament over and it had the same picture, which looked just like their dog, Skipper. On the opposite side, however, it said Cricket for the dog's name. They turned the wrong side into the center of the tree, but I am less than impressed. They are good friends and we laughed about it, but I was very annoyed.

For this amount of money---or, any amount of money---the printing customization should have been correct.
