You think the Great Depression was funny? You used photos of people who were in the depths of despair so you can make a buck? Unbelievably heartless and cruel. Next time you put a photo from the depression era on one of your disgusting cards use this for a fun little ditty inside: "My father was a cable tool driller in the oil fields, but during the Great Depression there were no jobs. He and my mother and my whole family did any kind of work we could find. We were really desperate and in despair. We rarely had any money and we often went hungry for 3 or 4 days at a time. Many nights I would listen as my younger siblings cried themselves to sleep because of the hunger in their bellies." He worked outdoors, doing hard labor for 10-12 hours a day to make $30.00 a month, $25.00 of which he sent home to his family, so they could put food on their table and clothes on their back. Still think using photos of real people during real desperate times is funny? This country may be suffering through some economic hard times but the "depression" comes from people like you.
