The great apes are so incredibly intelligent that it is overwhelming when you work with them. That makes it all the more sad to see intelligent creatures in zoos. No wonder they often lie there lethargically. I'm sure they are bored. Sadly, there are problems in their natural habitat. I hope your beautiful posters helps to make people aware of creatures that need our help.

I read today in a Nature Science magazine report that a monkey was capable of feeding himself with a mechanical robot arm. Not that this is so spectacular in and of itself......what was amazing is the fact that he was using his MIND to do it. Monkey Secret reminds me of The Secret and how one can take control of their mind and have anything they want. Literally ANYTHING. Your painting is perfect in that it captures this possibility in action. I'm writing a book about these possibilities and the evolution of the mind.......the secret is out now since the information age and now the animals are utilizing this 'secret' too!
