You miss the point. Banking itself is fine. Banks using deposits as reserves against loans is perfectly fine.
Insolvency is not good for banks, however. What's wrong with the current system of banking that it is dissolving before our eyes because the banks are systemically insolvent because of government intervention. (I trust you noticed the largest financial implosion of the post war era.)

Our beef is with the corporativist banking cartel run by the Federal Reserve system that I implore all Americans to study. A system that prints money out of thin air arbitrarily, and that is in the process of destroying millions of individuals lives with its inflationist policies.

For many people it is too late. Enough damage has been done by the Bush and Obama administrations, along with the Fed to cast America and the World into economic oblivion. We have already seen a great deal of the damage, and much more is to come.

It's not too late to prepare for the coming hyperinflation, however. But it is getting close. Educate yourself, and take care of your family and community.

When you bought your house weren't the banks involved, assuming you have a house. But even if you don't the banking system you deplore you have invested in. And when Barack was talking about change, he was talking about a much larger concept than the piggy bank. Even though I guess its understandable why you and Kelise only were able to grasp that concept. He was talking about the mind set of the American people.
