Hi, I'm a retired lifeguard Captain born & raised in Miami, Florida. I currently live in central Florida just south of Cape Canaveral. I moved here to get away from the hustle & bustle of Dade County & found a wonderful spot: Melbourne / Indialantic. In the 70's I had a Canon AE1 & an FTB with a number of lenses. I built a darkroom & had a ball doing B&W photos of all sizes. In 2000, I purchased an Olympus 2100 Ultra Zoom which introduced me to digital photography. I've been using a Canon 10D but recently replaced it with an EOS 5D. 12mp's & more responsive than the 10D. I love working with a digital SLR!
