The design was acceptable. I have printed my logos on iron on materials with better detail. It is satisfactory. The set up was expensive in relationship to the quality of the final product.

I had this sent directly to the recipient, so I didn't get to see it. But I've found in the past that the online image of an item is quite good, and I was happy with how my personalization of the bag turned out. The recipient gave me a review, and stated that the quality was excellent and the image was very good. She also liked the size of the bag, the durability of the material used for the bag and handles, and the way it expands. Five stars.
