My Mother in Columbus, Mississippi sent me researching this fascinating card and name upon her receipt from young friend. She had been through her Latin and Oxford dictionaries, etc. trying to learn more about the location. So she she made a second call to me about it - hence my joy at having more information to give her about artist and his works. My last art purchase was from a a very prolific female artist aged 101!
