I was really excited about this purchase, but when it arrived it was cheaply made and you couldn't even see my name. I returned it for a refund.

Product looked nothing like pictured online. Graphics (which looked 3D on site) were printed on canvas and it appeared that the "printer" was out of ink...as you could barely see the detail and couldn't even read the personalization. Very sad with quality. Had to return for full refund.

On the screen the product looks great, but you cannot even read my name on the actual product. This is very disappointing. I would have thought when the item was created, zazzle's production people would not have let an item be issued with this type of quality. I would have thought adjustments would have been made before item was sent to customer. Having my name on the outside of my phone cover was the whole reason I purchased a personalized phone cover.
