Joy of cooking - Magician cooking a bird
Pictographs The originals of these pictographs are located on the eastern side of the Temple Wash road. Most of them are Barrier Canyon Style, which are 2000 - 4000 years old. The BCS rock art is claimed to be the oldest rock art of the Colorado Plateau. This panel looks like the remnant of a larger fresco destroyed by the deterioration of the cliff. There is a separate Fremont style figure on the left side of the panel (AD 700-1300). The central BCS style figure is holding a snake and putting it into a bowl.
