Kali (No Blood Spilled) Poster

Thanks to one & all all for the comments on my work. In answer to Rob's question about the storyline to this image: "No Blood Spilled" was the cover for a paperback of that title from Tor Books, written by Les Daniels. "No Blood" was the fifth book in Les' series about the sorcerer/vampire Don Sebastian. The others were "The Black Castle", "The Silver Skull", "Citizen Vampire" and "Yellow Fog". In "No Blood Spilled", Don Sebastian travels to India, and finds himself involved with the Thugee, a cult of assassins who worship the goddess Kali. Of course, the Thugee were stranglers, because their order forbade the spilling of blood (hence the title). Which sets up a certain conflict, Sebastian being a vampire and all...
