Does it really matter that Americans are still displaced and scattered here and there and a City of such magical persona recovers slower than we can pour money with lighting speed down the illusive war against terrorist spooks under every bearded browned skinned silhouette not wearing Republican blue. A whole region of America still struggling to rebuild under the auspices of FEMA and an administration not knowing where or which course to ‘stay the course” unable ‘to cut and run’ cause they ‘don’t know which way the wind blows.’ The cost of ‘the WAR’ could do wonders for the lost souls here in America. The center will not hold and Dubya et al are as funny as the late night pundits’ crack wise. Except people are dying there and the ones here wonder why. And FEMA chugs along under ineptitude to do what they do best bureaucratize on a snails pace of Sunday brunch and a bucket of refried Republican logic. Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year for some, are we our brothers’ keeper?
