I bought this mug for my husband as a non-verbal hint that even though I'm purchasing things for our house that he does not agree with, he still hasn't answered the door to a giant metal chicken... yet. The mug serves as a colorful yet suitably menacing reminder. Very happy with it, it's something he can show off to all his friends.
About the print:
The colors are vivid. The metal chicken is charming yet also suggestively ominous. The printed "KNOCK KNOCK" on the opposite side is clear and appropriately benign to the layperson and passing children while also being tactfully terrifying to those that understand its message.
