KRW Lady Liberty Loves the Navy Poster

As much as I like zazzle and really appreciate what they have here some of their decisions are just beyond me .... theres nothing on this poster that would hurt zazzle ... I come from a navy / marine background and although not being in America I couldnt use the postage but they would of made great stamps ... my bro James from ghetto_designs had his cancer awareness postage turned down by zazzle too for the same reason they gave you

Emulates any form of valid indicia or payment for postage, or is a reproduction of any postage or stamp issued by the United States Postal Service at any time. I put it up on Cafepress no problem and Cafepress doesn't allow a lot. I even sold a few copies on Cafepress. Go Figure!! :)

My husband was in the Navy. My dad was in the Air Force, the MArines and the Army Reserve. My nephew is a Marine and is in Iraq now. But I have always liked these old posters anyway. It reminds me of a more innocent time - despite the fact that they are war related. People had faith in their government and believed in fighting for freedom. What reason did they give you? I would have been irritation by the whole "agenda" thing, but it was the "could hurt Zazzle's reputation" thing that really got to me. It just really set me off.

Most of the men in my family were in the Navy and I was born in a naval hospital. My grandfather was a Naval Officer and my grandmother an Officer's Wife! Goes way back!

I submitted a stamp design of my Inverted Paper Jenny and it was declined. I would understand if it was the true Inverted Jenny Stamp, but I made a paper airplane instead of the Jenny. :)

I could try. The rejected the I Wish I Were a Man one too - and that's what I named it. Who knows. Sometimes their reasons seem so arbitrary

somebody agrees with Zazzle. They gave this one star. Some people just don't get nostalgia. They have to make everything political.

" HOW could it hurt their reputation? It is an old WWI poster. It's nostalgia. That's it. Period. How is it advocating or protesting and kind of agenda? IDIOTS!
