The mousepad quality was as expected; however the color turned out to be a bright orange rather than the realistic looking tan shown in the image. I must say, however, the customer service staff was both efficient and courteous.

It looks nice and fits the decor. It does what it's designed to do while being attractive and functional. It did have a strong smell initially as previous writers stated but a couple of quick shots of fabreez and the odor was gone. We are happy with it.
