Lest We Forget. Anzac Day Rememberance Neckties
Lest We Forget. Anzac Day Rememberance Neckties
Lest We Forget. Anzac Day Rememberance.

This simple design, with the iconic red poppy from Flanders fields, is a memorial to those who sacrificed to keep us free.

ANZAC stands for Australian and New Zealand Army Corps. The soldiers in those forces quickly became known as ANZACs, and the pride they took in that name endures to this day.

The Anzac tradition, the ideals of courage, endurance and mateship that are still relevant today, was established on April 25, 1915 when the Australian and New Zealand Army Corps landed on the Gallipoli Peninsula.

ANZAC Day - April 25 - is probably Australasia’s most important national occasion. Today it honours servicemen and women who still serve today as well as those who have gone before in any of the wars.

Although you are free to customize this design, I would ask you to show respect for the meaning behind it. One suggested customisation is to put the names of service-people remembered, underneath the design.
