Welcome to the annex of my online gallery and store, The Flying Pig Gallery!

My real name is Liza, and I've been a photographer since my teen years, and an artist at heart most of my life. I first picked up a camera and found the magic it contained at around ten years old; when I realized during adolescence that I had not inherited any of my parents' painting or drawing skills (both were very talented recreational artists), I began to be drawn more and more to the camera as a means of expression. I love to use my skills behind the camera to share all that I see in the world that is beautiful, magical or special.

You'll find a wide variety of imagery in my shop, including a particularly large selection of Coney Island-themed merchandise. As a native New Yorker, I grew up spending many summer days at this oldest amusement park in America. In the past few years, as it faces major changes and gentrification, I have become particularly interested in chronicling and preserving the old Coney Island, that so many generations of New York children, like myself, grew up with.
