A: The United States Postal Service has very specific guidelines for the custom postage sold through Zazzle.com. In order to ensure that the stamps we produce meet these standards, every stamp design must be reviewed by Zazzle's Content Review Team before it can be purchased or shared with the public. For more information, see our Appropriate Use Guidelines For Zazzle Custom Stamps.
A: Once you add a product to your cart in the iPhone app, you can visit Zazzle.com from your desktop or laptop and see the product that you created in your cart. Click on the image of the product to see all the available customization options. If you're already logged in and don't see what you've just made, logout and log back in to refresh the cart.
A: Extremely large images would take an extraordinarily long time to process on current iPhone hardware, and may potentially cause it to crash. If you would like to use images that are too large for the app, the best solution is to login to your account at Zazzle.com and view your cart, where you can fully customize any of the products you've created in the app, with no limitations on image size or product style.
A: In order to conserve storage space on your phone, Zazzle instant does not store high-resolution images of every product. If you've favorited a product and would like to see it up close before purchasing, you can always add that product to your cart, and review it in full resolution by logging into your account on Zazzle.com.
