Product itself was excellent!!! I am not in any way dissatisfied with the quality of
the product. I was very dissatisfied with the time it took to process & the inability to easily check the status of my order online. It appeared that my order had shipped when in fact the order was not even completed. Even during the busy holiday season I would expect a realistic time estimate for product completion / shipment.

There was a slight imperfection on the first one, but it was replaced quickly. The Customer service on this was unbelievable. I sent them a quick photo showing the imperfection and the immediately reprinted and mailed the replacement. I received it within a 4 days. NO HASSLE customer service.... HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
