It's just funny in a weird way, the message means "I like eating cats". There is a story behind it. The "me gusta" line is one of those creations out of the horrors of school. Working as a Teacher Assistant for a Spanish 1 clas I had to sit through this horrible video attempting to teach students the meaning of the verb "gustar"-- to like. The video showed a high speed reel of images from movies and pictures with all kinds of things like cats and french fries and Godzilla, and an obnoxious voice in the background kept saying wehter he liked the things in the screen or not. The video was completely mind drilling because it went on for the entire hour and the guy kept saying "me gusta" "no me gusta" at a very high speed. To add insult to injury i had to watch the video four times with the four different classes. Profit from a scarring experience. Indeeed.....
