Micke Muster was born in 1962 in Svenstavik, Jämtland-Sweden. At four years old he discovered his talent on the keys of a piano that belonged to his neighbor. When Micke was about eleven years old his mother showed him her record collection where he got in touch with Elvis Presley's music for the first time. A couple of years later, by accident, he bought a Jerry Lee Lewis record. This music was absolutely for him the best he had ever heard. Micke saw Jerry for the first time in 1977 in Sweden and finally , he met Jerry Lee Lewis in person in 1985 and they played a boogie woogie session together. Afterwards Micke got an offer to record the soundtrack of Jerry Lee’s movie, “Great Balls of Fire”. Micke refused the offer, in all his modesty, because he could not do Jerry Lee justice. Micke felt that Jerry Lee was still good enough to make the recording himself. Micke is already a big star in Scandinavia. Besides many concerts and TV-Shows, he has released numerous CDs and a DVD, that earned great reviews, especially in England. Micke Muster offers a great rock 'n' roll show, his song "I'm Not Jerry Lee" shows and playfully, that he is not a copycat of Jerry Lee, but a unique and great artist. Currently, Micke is considered to be one of Europe's best rock ’n' roll artists. Jerry Lee Lewis himself in 1985 attested that Micke is the best rock 'n' roll pianist and singer next to himself! And that's not a bad compliment!
