Welcome to Odori 73 Hiphop Worldwide. The purpose of this organization is to promote the true aspects of the Hiphop kulture. The idea of the organization is to form a worldwide crew of all aspects of Hiphop working together with respect for each other and what it means to be Hiphop. The name "Odori" means dance in Japanese. It is actually traditional folk dance, which is driven by the concept of Hiphop becoming and being traditional also. The "73" stands for 1973 the year Hiphop went international. The name is in respect for the traditional and old school principles of Hiphop. Everyone is welcome and encouraged to rep Odori 73 and be a part of the movement as long as you have respect! Furthermore this provides a platform for all of us to protect, preserve, and unify the kulture of Hiphop, whether you Break, Pop, Lock, House Dance, Freestyle, DJ, MC, Beatbox, Graff, or Poetry. It doesn’t matter, just represent with positivity. Teach the next generation everything you know so they can follow in the correct footsteps of our ancestors!
