Help us keep our production line building online store running smoothly by working with Account Managers and Production Designers to ensure all necessary items are available on time. You will retrieve and organize files and work with partners to ensure resulting products are categorized and described correctly. Use your organizational skills and creativity to help us make online stores as super as they can be!

Responsibilities

  • Work with partners to ensure they clearly define the structure of their online stores
  • Interpret and transcribe partner requests into formats suitable for production (usually via Excel)
  • Assist Account Managers and Production Designers by resolving any questions that arise

Requirements

  • Perfect communications skills
  • Ability to see patterns in tables and efficiently manipulate Excel tables
  • Organized, with the ability to self-prioritize tasks
  • Basic Excel skills
  • BA/BS minimum
  • Understanding of online marketing a plus

This is a full time temporary position, $12/hr to start, located in Redwood City.
