Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with the Creative Director, Lead Designer, and other members of the Design Team to produce stellar artwork, wireframes, and hi-fi mockups for online and printed creative for marketing collateral, website, web applications, and other areas as needed.
  • Meet the Zazzle-standard for highest possible quality with every design produced, from conception to completion.
  • Adhere to the overall visual and thematic style guidelines to ensure consistency at every opportunity, but know where (and how) to color outside the lines.
  • Work with requirements from business owners, product managers, and development teams to brainstorm, collaborate, solicit input, develop concepts and comps, and ultimately drive deliverables through project approval process.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of professional design experience.
  • Demonstrated track record designing and producing great visuals for the online space a must.
  • Intuitive design sensibilities and a deep understanding of what constitutes visual excellence relative to existing precedents and trends in the industry.
  • Ability to work independently to generate original, high quality design concepts and solutions that satisfy target objectives.
  • Proficient in key design tools and technologies including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Familiarity or experience with print-specific design a plus.
  • A deep passion for aesthetics and an insatiable need to make anything and everything nicer to look at
  • 4 year college degree, preferably in visual design or a related field.
