The frosted cover completely peeled off!

The look is awesome! And I can't tell you know disappointed I was when the outer "frosted" wrapping peeled off. Zazzle has great customer service usually, but on this one... well they never replaced it, Go for one of their other mugs - you will not be unhappy!
