About the product:
I was really excited about getting this iPhone case initially... Unfortunately, once the case was put on my phone the excitement faded to disappointment. The case is Ill-fitting to the point of being almost loose... Which is no good for something that is supposed to protect a $500 phone. It even rattles a bit when you pick it up.
I usually never buy stuff like this from the Internet for fear I will have to spend too much time, effort and money to return it. It's a shame really... There is a lot of cool stuff from your business.
