Artist Chloe Dee Noble prepared this print for an exhibition of her works in Sofia Bulgaria. She made a mixture of soft pastel and white glue and applied it to real bananas. Then she gently pressed the banana onto paper to create a print. She continued this process for each color. It took a very long time and was printed on a Braille writing Chloe had done on her Perkins Brailler that she received in Blind School in Pacific Grove, California. Chloe received a corneal transplant in June of 2012 and now has perfect vision thanks to a very generous organ donor.
